Murder at the panto

Friday 17th January 2025

January is still panto-time!

The Am-Dram theatre company are about to put on their very first murder mystery but the cast have all turned up ready for a panto and they’ve all got the wrong scripts!
Someone seems to be determined to ruin Mimi Mee’s big event and when a body is discovered in the dressing room it seems the show is finished. But Mimi is determined the show will go on complete with a genie, crocodile and a wicked witch too!
Time to grab your detective hat and work out which panto character is the real villain.

Death at Downturn

Tonight they are throwing a splendid party to welcome the new heir but just who is the new Earl of Grabham and how can they tell when two men turn up claiming the title? Secrets and deception lie behind the two men who seem to be prepared to do whatever it takes to prove their claim and a death at Downturn is on the cards.

Jealous rivals on the dancefloor and a judge who will never give a perfect ten – there are tensions in the celebrity competition and murderous plans among the lycra and the sequins. Everyone has a motive for murder and someone is just one dance step away from death. Tonight the game is Strictly Murder once the waltz and the Paso Doble come to an end.

Killing among the carols

The festive choir always complete their carol singing tour at the Lakeside Hotel for a glass of mulled wine but tonight there is discord among the singers and someone is about to hit the wrong note with murder!
